21 day fix: Trader Joes Harvest Salad

As a busy Mom of 3 trying to live a healthy life I often eat on the run.  I do my best to make the healthiest choices with what I am given.  Pre made options and restaurants are just a part of my life and that is never going to change. Instead of using this as my excuse, I’m going to do my best to help you, and others, see how you can eat out and on the go while staying healthy and fit!

Recently a Trader Joe’s opened up near us. I feel so blessed because this grocery store has some awesome reasonable items! I especially love their pre-made salads. It’s my mission to try all and feature a new salad each week. If possible, I will give the 21 day fix conversion. 
Today I tried the Harvest Salad with Grilled  Chicken. The salad had grilled chicken, 1/2 a hard boiled egg, corn, white cheddar cheese, green beans and field greens with a creamy Dijon dressing. 
It was wonderful! I will definitely be eating this salad again! If you like corn and cheese along side creamy dressings you would love it!! 
If you are following the 21 day fix or 21 day fix extreme eating plan the equivalents are as follows with omitting the dressing provided: 
1.5 green containers, 0.5 red containers, 0.5 yellow containers, 0.5 blue containers **use your own dressing for your orange container**
